Shirley is an ADC dance instructor and the primary teacher for this class (Janis or MariCarmen fill in as
needed). This is a 50-minute dance workout.
Think about how much fun dancing is! Now add 50 minutes of basic moves in Salsa, Merengue, Cha
Cha, Samba etc. Shirley teaches your the basic dance moves, adds arms and core moves to help you
lose weight, tone your body, and learn some Latin dance moves. Great workout and low impact!

Power Pilates - Strength Training
|
Janis is a Certified Power Pilates Instructor and teaches beginner and intermediate levels. As we age,
we naturally lose muscle and flexibility. We need strength training to regain muscle and burn fat.
Pilates is a deep muscle workout utilizing circles, weights and balls for 50 minutes. Focus is on learning
to use muscle resistance along with correct breathing, control of movement, and good spinal alignment.
Imagine a leaner and stronger body ** Reduced back and joint pain ** Tighter core (those stomach
muscles that support our back and stomach). Great workout and no impact on joints!
